My Employee

I have recently found out she has Asperger. She does not know I know. I found out from an another employee. I am a Director of a Finance department and she is the kindest and most deicated employee I have and I would of never know she had it. She does talk really fast and barges into my office when I am on the phone, talking her head off and does not even realize I am on the phone. She is a great person and a excellent employee. I think asperger may not be such a bad thing because she turned out to be pretty great and as her boss I am on the web site reading about how I can learn how to comminicate with her better. I want to keep her around as long as I can.
