Giving

I have an older sister who has had aspergers syndrome for as long as I can remember. It was hard growing up with a sister who was 4 years older than I was, it was even more hard to grow up with an older sister who had aspergers. All throughout our childhood I sided with my younger sister, because I felt that my older sister Shirley was always against us. Coming into our early teen years, I could tell that Shirley had something different about her. Shirley is the most giving women that I have ever met. She will always provide whether it is in funding with money, or a phone bill, or if I wanted to get a snack Shirley would always buy it for me. Now that Im 18, and she is 23, We have become more bonded as sisters, and as Im learning more about aspergers syndrome, Shirley has inspired me to go into the psychology field so I can relate to other families who are dealing with similar problems, as well as becoming more of a giving person.
