Friend

We just found out that our friend has Aspergers. We never relized why he wanted to do certain things a certain way. We listened in on his stories about him not being boyfriend material. We loved him enough to encougage him to move back to his old apartment under his Mom. He found a beautiful wife and has a beautiful family. Now he works at a Hospital Laundry, and drives a cab on weekends. We ride bikes together at night in the local park. Its the same routine since 1995.

We, the seven us even went to Atlantic City in May. That was a hard trip because we had to eat were he liked, certain buffet, certain bus stop.

We love our closest friend. We welcomed his wife. There are married for seven years.

Honestly, for us it has been hard. Yet we are grateful to know why he is that way.
