Asperger Food allergies: the anti-yeast diet
The presence of the yeast known as Candida albicans in our body is regarded as normal but this intestinal yeast can cause major health problems such as fatique, depression, ear infections, behavioral problems, problems concentrating or anger management issues. The yeast produces toxic chemicals which are absorbed by the body which causes the immune system to overreact. Our body is not capable of getting rid of the yeast and yeast inside our bodies is known to help grow some very bad bacteria like Salmonella. Not all bacteria in our bodies are bad, we need some of them to help us. Getting rid of yeast will clear the way for the good bacteria to grow back. The anti-yeast diet will help you do this. The improvement seen in the behavior of children with Asperger can be surprising.
Our daily food intake contains a lot of bad ingredients that will help yeast to flourish inside your body. It will take over the entire space and keeps the good bacteria down. In order for the body to clear the system and help grow the good bacteria back you need to eliminate any food containing the bad ingredients that will help the yeast grow.
